These terms apply to your use of Resiboo. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. If you add an email, it must be yours; anyone who can read it can reset your password, which signs your account out everywhere. If you sign in with Google, keeping your Google account secure is part of keeping your Resiboo account secure. An account made with Google has no password until you set one with a password reset, and you can't unlink Google until it has one.
Penalties and stakes
A circle can record a penalty for missed goals. Resiboo only records what members agree to. It does not hold, collect, transfer or enforce any money, goods or services, and it isn't a party to any agreement between members. Stakes are private arrangements between you and your friends, and you are responsible for them. Don't use the app for gambling or for anything illegal, harmful or degrading.
Circle owners
The person who creates a circle is its owner. If they leave, the longest-standing member becomes the owner. The owner sets the circle's rules: whether members can change their goal or stake (and how often), whether proofs can be re-uploaded, whether past proofs are visible to other members, and whether members can nudge each other (and how many different members can nudge someone each day). Every member can see the current rules in Circle Settings.
Your content
Proofs must be photos you take at the time, with the in-app camera or your phone's camera. Older photos from your gallery can't be posted as proof.
You own the photos, text, proof comments and chat messages you post. You can edit or delete your own chat messages; deleting removes them for everyone. You give us permission to store them and show them to the members of your circles, only so we can run the app. You promise that you have the right to post them.
What you can't post
- Nudity, sexual content, or violence.
- Photos of other people who haven't agreed to be in them.
- Anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam, or flooding a circle chat or a proof's comments, or nudging someone over and over to pressure or harass them.
To report content, email [email protected]. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Health
Resiboo isn't medical, fitness or financial advice. Pick goals that are safe for you, and talk to a professional if you're unsure.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and may change, break, or shut down. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, for lost content, or for disputes between members, including disputes about penalties.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile, confirming with your password (or your username, if your account has no password).
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If we change them, we'll update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
